Nadine Bauer started her career in her father´s hairsalon after
having worked for well-known companies like L'Oréal, Wella and
Goldwell. She passed her exam to become a hairdresser in 2002.
 
Afterwards Nadine was engaged as a trainer by the company Wella
in Hamburg to impart her know-how for technique in cutting hair,
colour design for hair and hair styling to classes. She has also
worked for Wella in trend-development.
 
She assisted the well-known hair and make-up artist Armin Morbach,
the Schwarzkopf ambassador and editor of TUSH magazine, from the
beginning of 2002 for one year. Armin Morbach taught her everything
about make-up and creative hairstyling.In addidtion, she also
assisted the well-known hair-colourist Gary Richardson to learn the
tricks for doing great effects with hair-colouring.
 
Since 2003 Nadine has been working as a freelance hair and make-up
artist and hair colourist and is being represented by the BALLSAAL
agency. She created her own particular look for models and celebrities
and worked with photographers such as Luis Sanchis, Joachim Baldauf,
Indlekofer + Knoepfel, Felix Lammers, Markus Jans, Greg Lotus. Her
work has been published by magazines such as German Vogue,
British Vogue, Elle Italy, TUSH magazine, Madame and Marie Claire.
 
Her work is valued and trusted by famous celebrities of the likes of
Helena Christensen, Nadja  Auermann, Elle McPherson, Aaron Eckhardt,
Iris Berben and models like Julia Stegner, Toni Garrn, Luca Gadjus,
Eva Padberg and Christina Kruse.
 
Nadine is regularly does fashion shows for designers like Michael
Michalsky and international events, like the Bambi Award.
 
She has been hired as a beauty expert for different broadcasting
organisations and in specials for tv channel Pro7, where she has
been called on as an expert for beautiful hair.
